"I am so glad we chose Hotel Kraft for our stay in Florence. It's about a 10 minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Train Station and the Alamanni tram stop that takes you to Villa Costanza bus terminal. The room was very nice, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable and allowed us to have a restful night of sleep. "Amazing expansive, beautify designed room with incedible details. Truly a sight to see and as comfortable as it was stunning. Large beautiful marble wall and floor bathroom. The entire hotel was simply amazing. The staff was perfect. Everyone was incedibly helpful and a delight to interact with. The lobby staff gave us some incredible recommendations for dinner at Osterias locals enjoy. Best steak I've ever had. We cant wait to come back."
