"The hotel appears to be understaffed and unprepared for the number of guests it accommodates. The dining area is too small for the volume of people staying there, resulting in extremely long lines. We had to wait nearly two hours just to be seated at the buffet.
Customer service was also disappointing. Staff members were often rude and seemed bothered when guests asked for assistance, making it difficult to get help when needed.

"Loved the modernity and comfort of the place. Even though it was a small resort without a plethora activities, the food quality was excellent, the room were was well arranged, and enjoyed the few activities we did take part in.
