"The room was wonderful, breakfast was delicious, staff was nice. The gym was decent. The views of the city from the hotel were great, and the area was amazing and close to a lot! The only issues I had with the hotel was took a day or so to get them to see confirmation that breakfast was paid for in advance, thus missing out on those breakfast days (refused refund), and the last 2 nights, unfortunately, the guests beside us blasted techno beats till 3 or 4 in the morning, and they did not help...

"The club lounge is definitely worth the upgrade. With a very nice breakfast and evening cocktails. The week I stayed the beach was closed with construction machinery on it. I would’ve liked to at least been notified of this situation. For the beach the alternative is to go to one of the island beach clubs which you NEED to do your own research on, as it became abundantly clear that wherever someone recommends is getting a kickback from and this brings me to the concierge that recommended mine...

"One of the best Hyatt we’ve ever stayed at! The views from reception were amazing! We were there for a wedding so didn’t get a chance to enjoy all of the amenities but will be going back for sure. We felt safe the entire time and the staff made us feel welcomed. They had three pools that we have to try!!"

"Good Hilton property in the El Laguito neighborhood. Very good rooms and definitely book the club level. The lounge for club serves drinks and food in the evening. This is a good option if you don't feel like going out or paying for room service. The staff in every area is excellent. There are various pool areas and a beach area for hotel guests. I wouldn't call it private though because there were plenty of vendors. Lots of amenities throughout the property. A good stay!"

"The hotel is located in a GREAT area of the city where you can walk around with no concern about safety. I have walked around in the early mornings as well as late at night to the local stores with no problem at all. The hotel itself is nice overall and the staffs are VERY receptive to the guests needs. I travel to Medellin often and have stayed in several hotels in the city and as far as location, overall costs and general area, the Blue Suites checks all of the boxes. As a note; where...

"From start to finish the service was excellent and the amenities were amazing you don’t even have to leave the hotel there is so many restaurants, pool, gym. Room was spacious enough little tight it you have more than 2 people definitely upgrade your suite."
