"Ein super schönes Hotel. Es liegt zwar etwas abgelegen doch mit Mietwagen ist es kein Problem. Super nettes Personal das im sehr hilfsbereit war. Sehr leckers Essen sowohl beim Buffet als auch in den Restaurants. Eine absolute Empfehlung das Smigo! Auch Tennis und Paddleanlage sowie die Pools sehr gepflegt. Würde direkt wieder hinreisen!"

"Die Restaurants sind gut und abwechslungsreich. Am Strand sind leider einige Steine was es etwas unangenehm macht ins Meer zu gehen (am besten Gummi-Schuhe mitnehmen). Es war schon etwas geschäftig, da muss man sich drauf einstellen, liegen war aber immer vorhanden, beim Essen war es manchmal recht voll und entsprechend laut."

"Great place to start your trip. Very relaxing, great food, 15 minutes from Heraklion. Very well thought out resort."

"Great family resort, food selection was very good unless you are super fussy, our daughter is and even she managed to have a pretty full plate each meal. Drinks were a good selection. Kids club was good but activities were fairly minimal. Beaches were lovely. Pools great for everyone. The beds were hard, but not lumpy, pillows fine. There is a go cart track next door that my son enjoyed. You can easily walk in to town or down to other beaches. We had a great stay."

"Overall the Mitsis Laguna is an excellent resort. It's well maintained and the staff are extremely polite and helpful making the overall experience excellent. The only point to make was the sound proofing in the bungalow that we had near the 2nd pool. We could hear the people both above and in adjoining room quite clearly and the early morning cleaning outside woke us up most mornings."

"Wir waren 4 Nächte in dieser unglaublich schönen Unterkunft in Agia Pelagia. Die Happy Cretan Suites, ist so eine schöne Anlage mit sehr netten Personal und allgemein alles so gepflegt und modern gestaltet. Die Suite mit Pool, ist einfach nur ein Traum und bietet so viel privates. Allgemein ist die Anlage sehr sauber und auch die Zimmer wurden immer super gereinigt. "Nice hotel. Nice rooms and pool area. Lovely Spa area but shame you have to book and pay for sauna. Normally are free but not a real issue. Gym looks good too but did not use. Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, polite and always at hand. The food in the restaurant and pool area and breakfast, also drinks were all tasty and well priced. "My daughter and I stayed at the Aquila Atlantis Hotel during our visit to Heraklion. While it didn't have the unique character and intimate atmosphere of some of the boutique hotels we stayed at elsewhere in Greece, it was still a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
