Vị trí trung tâm, tiện đi quanh phố cổ. Gần ks có thể đi bộ ăn những quán nổi tiếng trong khu phố cổ. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, hướng dẫn kĩ cho tụi mình. Giá vì mùa covid nên khá rẻ.

Location was great. Staff at front desk amazing and very helpful. Breakfast adequate even if in adjoining hotel. Room cleaning staff do a good job. Overall a positive experience.

Great location, awesome staff - they made us up a breakfast to go when they found out we were checking out prior to the start of their breakfast. The staff also book us an airport transfer at the same price as Grab and then helped retrieve a forgotten bag from the same taxi! The balcony was huge, wished we had more time there!

We stayed here for several days while visiting Hanoi and loved this hotel! It was centrally located and an easy walk to all major attractions. The hotel room was comfortable and clean and the daily breakfast was delicious and had a ton of food options. The staff was the true standout - everyone was so helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Good location . Staff were very friendly and went the extra mile. The taxi didn’t turn up to collect us and they undercut the Grab we got on the way back. Room was a bit shabby but bed comfortable and you could hear people in the bath room next door. The breakfast is at another restaurant and was a nice addition. Good base but not luxury.

We wanted a true, authentic, old town experience where we could walk and enjoy the area. We wanted a balcony and city watch, while requiring above average standards. The hotel exceeded our expectations and then after check out, I realized I left my jacket in the closet, and the front office manager communicated with me, and went over and above to send me my jacket to Saigon. This gesture has renewed my faith in humanity! This woman demonstrated the true spirit of hospitality, professionalism, and compassion. I am so grateful for her leadership!!

A mixup over the bed selection, a single king size was provided when two twins were requested, was the only negative of the experience. The location is fantastic with easy access to major landmarks and the desk staff were helpful and spoke English well.

The shower was hard to get the temperature right and our room window looked out into the hallway and was open so it felt a little insecure. When we closed the window they opened it again. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful but in a different hotel around the corner. Overall very good value.

Comfortable, no-frills, affordable option for a short (1-2 night) stay in Hanoi. Photos are accurate but may not reflect some of the wear and tear on the room (e.g., a few cracked tiles in shower floor). Everything functioned fine, just not brand new anymore. The bed was comfortable with a great mattress and non-synthetic sheets (so you don’t get as sweaty). Strong AC unit in the room kept us nice and cool. Hot water right away out of sink and shower. Room was clean with simple amenities (small bottled water, toothbrush, shower products, etc) that met our needs. Great staff at reception, very polite and helpful getting us a taxi to the airport which arrived promptly and was a good price. Would stay again for a short trip due to location and price! Just three things to know before booking: 1) Website mentions soundproofed rooms, and maybe others are, but I don’t believe ours (on the second floor) was; it was quiet at night but there was a lot of noise from what sounded like a nearby kitchen starting at 6:30am. Not a problem for us since we were up already for an early flight, but consider putting on some white noise if you want to sleep in. 2) Although we’d heard kitchen sounds, breakfast was actually in another hotel 1/2 a block away; the front desk staff kindly escorted us there, and it was simple typical buffet breakfast food (egg, toast, fruit etc). 3) The safe in our room didn’t work. We suspect the batteries died but didn’t inquire as we were only there 1 night.

Courrez ailleurs! Cet hôtel a des photos certainement datant d'il y a 15ans...même chambre mais tout est défraichie. Nous ne sommes pas resté là , il nous ont transféré a un autre de leur hôtel "palace Hôtel" encore pire ...en plus ils louent des chambres 3hrs! Très vieux pas super propre a leur 2e hotel j'ai eu droit aà la pire des chambres . On a quitté avant la 1e nuit ,on a trouvé vraiment mieux ailleurs. J'ai perdu de l'argent mais pas question de coucher là! j'ai perdu 5 jours de location! Cependant le personnel très aimable, la dame du lotus a fait transporter nos bagage et au 2e et ils nous ont offert thé et biscuits...sentant mon découragement.

A charming older hotel in a wonderful part of Hanoi. Lovely lovely staff who made me feel at home and taken care of during my two-week stay. I got a room with a balcony and it was spacious, very comfortable, and overlooked a relatively quiet street so it wasn’t too noisy but I could still enjoy the buzz of Hanoi. The bed was very comfortable. There isn’t a desk set up so it is not so easy for travellers who need to work. Other than that, I love this hotel and would come back again.

The room was clean, but the walls were very thin. I could hear the conversation of the people in the next room. The staff was nice and helpful. I came to Hanoi when it was pretty cold (12-14C) and the staff brought me a heater to use during my stay. Overall a nice stay.
