However, we are also sorry to hear that your satisfaction had not been fully met yet because of the bathroom facility. For background, there were no plans for a room hire service inside any of the airports in Vietnam until our sleep pods were installed and available for use back in 2014. Unfortunately, there was no space that we could rent and set up an independant bathroom facility for our guests use near to the pods. Whilst the pods are very convenient and comfortable, regretably they cannot have a bathroom service. We apologize for any inconvenience caused in your last stay, but we are now trying to make our service better. We hope in the future, the airport authority will make some renovations and so that we can have space to provide a bathroom service dedicated to our valuable guests.
