They offer you the possibility to use the other hotels they have in Hanoi as a resting point while you are touring around. Very convenience.

Hanoi Legacy Hangbac staff will make you feel right at home with their personal warmth and service. The hotel is nicely located in the old quarter. Clean and comfortable room. Value for the money.

Everyone is exceptionally helpful and friendly from the front desk to the Restaurant to housekeeping. We received great suggestions for tours, restaurants, directions and tips for negotiating Hanoi. The hotel is in a great location and an oasis after a hot day outside.Lucia, Ms. My and her staff were particularly helpful. Thanks for making our stay so great!

They arranged for us Hotel Pick/Drop with very reasonable rates. Ms. My and the reception staff was very welcoming. Perfect place to stay as all the markets, night market and food places were just by walking distance.Thank you very much!!!

Great location ,staff and service
Đăng vào 10 thg 6, 2016Hanoi Legacy is very friendly staff who all speak English very well. Everyone was very attentive to our needs, and the hotel was clean and quiet. We loved the location in the old quarter of Hanoi, and although we initially thought it would be very loud since the surrounding streets get quite busy at night (it is right by the night market and beer street), it was very peaceful and quiet. Loved the cleanliness, and the restaurant inside was delicious although a little more on the pricey side. Flavors and authenticity of the food were spot on. Added bonus is that the hotel includes breakfast, and many of the items on the menu can be found during breakfast. On a morning where we had to leave early prior to breakfast, the staff gave us to-go containers to pack food! They were all very sweet and wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Incredible Service

The staff were amazingly friendly and attentive and this horrible time of day and booked us in a for an extra night, took our bags to our room, and still included the buffet breakfast. Throughout our stay they have answered any questions we had, helped with airport transfers, and looked after all our luggage when we've kept it with them. In the heat of Hanoi it was so nice to be able to retreat into lovely room. Thank you very much!

Great staff, comfortable rooms, good location

What made this hotel most enjoyable was the extremely friendly and helpful staff working there. I very much enjoyed my stay over here and would definitely recommend you to book this hotel.
