This hotel is in a fantastic location with incredibly friendly staff-Jimmy who made every effort to ensure we had the best stay possible. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The room was offered at an incredible value for money and I would recommend anyone stay here if they get the chance.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Clean rooms, timely housekeeping, good breakfast as well. Very convenient location. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
Special thanks to Max, Alex, Jimmy. They did everything possible and impossible to make everything at the highest level.
I will definitely come back here.

Hotel is located in the center of the old quarters. The room is quite good with very strong power air conditioning. Hotel staff were absolutely awesome, they helped us find good restaurants and nice attractions. Thank you Max, the manager for his kindness, He offered us a room for late check-out without any fee.
Tour is booked at hotel also great, they sent email to us and arranged for us wonderful trips to Halong Bay, Ninh Binh. We loved it very much!!! It was really really fun :)

Great hotel, large rooms and very friendly staff, especially Mr Jim (reception). Near to tourist sites, walking distance to train street and cafe Giang egg coffee place. Would come back in future and highly recommend
