Great hotel and I use it for both personal and business travels. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Hotel also provide complimentary breakfast. Rooms are nicely furnished and well - maintained. Highly recommended!

Best service in Hanoi

The staff was lovely and quite helpful. Very great frontdesk who helped us Sapa booking tour and tour guide coordinator. They even packed us a to-go meal for our ultra early flight when we were going to miss breakfast. Good location in old Hanoi and well appointed comfortable room.

Breakfast was quite a wide spread of selection. The lady serving breakfast each morning is not courteous and provides a good level of services. Our room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. - highly recommend!

Good location, steps from everything you need. Delicious, and long breakfast time. Friendly staff who helped set up our bus to Cat Ba and made all arrangements for us. Would definitely recommend to others.

Very comfortable and always felt very welcomed.

The hotel is very nice close to everything very central to all the shops and restaurants. The staff were out standing very well looked after and very helpful in every way wether finding something to do or having a good chat and making you feel very welcome. Anna and her team went above and beyond they made my stay better than I could have hoped for, they made me feel right at home and spoke very good English. If there is a place to stay in Hanoi this is it! You will not be disappointed.

Chúng tôi may mắn đặt khách sạn Hanoi L'heritage, nhân viên khách sạn rất thân thiện, họ chỉ dẫn bạn những điểm đến , khu vực vui chơi , ăn uống trong trong trung tâm, chúng tôi đã nghỉ tại đây 2 đêm , phòng thoáng mát , đủ tiện nghi, ăn sáng rất tốt . Lần tới khi trở lại Viet Nam , tôi chăc chắn sẽ ở lại khách sạn này.

Excellent location and helpful staff

Staff were always helpful and accommodating to our very late check in. Airport service was prompt and convenient. Wifi was great. The rooms were very comfortable our room faced the street no noise well built windows. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel staff and Location

We stayed here for 2 nights in May and had the best time. The location is perfect and the hotel is clean, welcoming and huge comfortable beds. Fantastic breakfast and would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Hanoi. Thank you for an amazing holiday.

Good location, the staffs speak English fluently and very friendly helpful, and cheerful. Love them! Room is great, just enough space and clean. Strongly recommend
