Great location. Good walk to market area with lots to look at on the way. Pool was fantastic as was the room we stayed in. What a great view over the rice paddies looking towards Da Nang. Well worth it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lasenta Boutique Hotel Hoi An, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The front desk staff An, Leo and Paul were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, setting the tone for the rest of my stay. Bellboy Alex was also very helpful ensuring fast handling of all our luggages as there were 12 of us in my party. Not only were the front desk staff efficient and professional, but they also went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or assisting with any inquiries I had, they were always ready to assist with a positive attitude.Furthermore, the hotel itself exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and amenities. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the stay. The exceptional service provided by the front desk staff truly made my stay memorable, and I look forward to returning in the future. Not to far from town if you don’t mind the heat (15 min slow walk). But they do have a free bus to town and back 4times a day. Beautiful hotel. Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Would recommend . Bring bug spray as near rice fields got bitten quite a bit But nothing to do with hotel. We had a great stay.

We stayed at Lasenta Boutique Hotel 7 years ago during our honeymoon trip to Hoi An. We've enjoyed it so much that this time around, we returned with our 2 children. Greeted us at the lobby was the same receptionist (Ann) from our previous trip!!! Our room was clean and had great view (half city half rice field), breakfast was included and delicious. Enjoy free shuttle to the ancient town and the beach. I highly recommend booking car rides with the hotel for airport pickup/drop-off in advance, as well as for other destinations you might have such as Ba Na Hills. All of the staffs were kind and professional. Thanks Lasenta team for being part of our memorable vacation :)

Super schönes Hotel am Rande von Hoi An um die Seele baumeln zu lassen aber man konnte auch die Albstadt zu Fuß gut erreichen. Mehrmals fährt aber auch ein Shuttle in die Altstadt/an den Strand. Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allem voran Leo, Rita und Ann, die uns bei Fragen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen. Hätten gern noch ein paar weitere Tage hier verbringen können.

Et veldig behagelig hotell å bo på. Vi storkoste oss der. Pga. dårlig vær og sykdom fikk vi ikke kost oss så mye i bassengområdet, men standarden er bra. Renhold helt supert. Hotellets restaurant får dessverre ikke noen høy stjerne. Den var grei, men ikke noe mer. Spa avdelingen var bra med profesjonelle ansatte. Vakker beliggenhet og med gangavstand til gamlebyen. Hvis dere er innom dette hotellet så MÅ dere ta en tur med reiseguide Mr.Cu og hjem til familien hans. Beste dagen vi har hatt i Hoi An. Dette er absolutt et hotell jeg vil anbefale både for familier, par, single og kanskje også business.

The Vietnamese food we ordered for lunch/dinner was below par but luckily the chef's spaghetti with tomato sauce was good. Aspects of service were below par eg no milk and black tea when they boast of free coffee and tea making in the room. Luckily that their staff member - Ann made sure she took care of us when I needed a doctor's visit and also arranged for the bus to wait for us at the beach as we wanted to see the beach but not to hang around for too long. Efforts by the kitchen to arrange for congee for me was most appreciated but I wish they knew how to provide the normal condiments as well. The staff has very limited English and this partly explained why they were unable to serve us better. But when they know how eg m husband needed a softer bed, they did their very best to make it happen. Thank you for this. The place is very safe and the staff members are trustworthy and vigilant of the safety of their guests. I felt we were in good hands under their care. This, I thank you.

The hotel for us in Hoi An
We really enjoyed our time at Lasenta for 4 nights of our Asia adventure. It is situated next to the beautiful rice fields, which provide a lovely scene. It’s also not far from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town and less than 10 minutes drive from An Bang Beach. The hotel kindly provide a free shuttle service and bicycles for guests to use. In the hotel, you’ll find clean and comfortable rooms, with balconies and a cosy feel. They were a good size and we were impressed with the eco friendly efforts with a water jug and clear toilet/sheet policies. The pool area was lovely and the infinity pool was great although quite cold at times. The whole hotel is decorated with fountains, foliage and tasteful artwork, which made it nice to explore. The breakfast was good and had a good selection which varied each day. The pho and egg station were a great addition. We have to mention the amazing staff too. Very friendly and smiley. James was a superstar at check in and we were helped by some wonderful people behind reception to book tours and get help with our room door. All in all, we couldn’t have chosen anywhere better for our stay in Hoi An.

Utmärkt hotell beläget strax utanför gamla stan i Hoi An. Läget gör att det är tyst och lugnt runt hotellet men ändå så nära gamla stan att det bara tar 10-15 minuters promenad för att vara mitt i centrum av alla aktiviteter. Hotellet har mycket hög servicenivå och alla medarbetare är riktigt serviceinriktade. De är hjälpsamma med bokning av aktiviteter, spa och annat som man som turist kan behöva hjälp med. Rummen är stora och rymliga med alla bekvämligheter man kan önska sig. Sängarna är riktigt sköna, möjligen kan nätverket ibland vara lite svajigt. Annars allt perfekt. Frukosten som ingår är riklig och riktigt god. Frukostkocken som fixar omeletter m.m. Gör ett fantastiskt jobb. Även hotellets spa håller mycket hög kvalitet med olika massage- och skönhetsbehandlingar. Kan rekommenderas mycket starkt.

We called this our heaven in Hoi An. We absolutely loved the week we stayed here. The hotel is beautiful with many plants and an open atrium. Loved the design esthetics! Our room was large and very comfortable. We had many meals and drinks here and they we all excellent. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. But the best had to be the view of the rice fields from our room and the pool. So peaceful. And last but not least we really appreciated our treatments at their spa. We will return and will stay even longer!

Perfect!
Lasenta was perfect! A beautiful property in an ideal location (about a 20 min walk from ancient town, away from the hustle bustle). We used the shuttle with ease to go to town and to the beach (An Bang, where the hotel had their own private section). We borrowed the hotels bikes and rode through the rice fields just across the street. The best coffee we had was at a coffee shop immediately next to the hotel. The spa treatment was AMAZING! Finally, the staff was so kind and attentive! Don’t stay anywhere else in Hồi An!

位置不好，離古城步行25分鐘以上，住在3樓的稻田景觀房間被電線杆擋著，拍照不好看，要到泳池才能拍到。

Great hotel with a beautiful pool, delicious buffet breakfast and staff were friendly. Pool overlooked the rice fields and was well kept. Great location with free bikes and a shuttle service.
