You were a no-show... meaning you have never set foot on our property. Not sure how you can give a score of 2....Maybe you're angry because you were charged for your stay? That's how things work in this business. If you do not show up, or cancel at the last minute you pay. It's called accountability... you know it?

Well to be honest, you and your partner had some fairly unusual personal hygiene habits that concerned us. What were you doing with the plastic bag containing excrement and toilet brush we ask?The room you stayed in was freshly renovated and painted in the last few months. It was totally good enough for you...in fact we felt the need to check the room before you departed. The unfriendly dog never had any interaction with you. Why is this relevant?

The budget room that you booked is clearly advertised on Expedia as having cold water only. You should have booked a room type that had hot water. You were clearly agitated by something other than our service.

Hi,we do not own 2 pit bulls. You asked for the dog to be "put down"... not "put on a leash" Had your friend not tried to engage the dog in the staff area at the rear of the property while the dog was eating his dinner he would not have given him the "warning nip" it did.. We have photos of this. It was barely a scratch. Thank you.

We don't claim to have TV's in any of our rooms. You should check what you book so you can stay somewhere you will be happy with in future. Like everywhere in he world we are trying to recover post COVID,,, but it takes a little time. Thanks for your kind understanding.
