We are sorry to hear that our resort did not meet your expectations. We would like to assure you that we are currently working hard on renovating and revamping all of the facilities in our hotel. We would also like to inform you that our showers and Jacuzzis are always cleaned before check in as well as on a daily basis throughout your stay. With regards to the surrounding area; we are located at the end of Lamai which has a mixture of different businesses including bars and restaurants. While there are bars that cater to different clientele than ours there are also many high end restaurants and bars in the area that cater to all different tastes.
