Wifi awful, it says something when even the shacks on the beach had better. Pool area and pool bar looked derelict, nobody ever stayed around it long enough. We are not normally beach people we prefer a good pool which was the main reason i chose the Hotel for the stunning pool, It was so depressing we ended up on the beach every day. The pool Waterfall !!! as in the Hotel photos never worked, when i asked about it they said not enough people, so we weren’t important enough to turn it on !!! no atmosphere whatsoever we felt like we didn’t belong. Breakfast not worth paying extra for , Staff need better training in food hygiene, food left uncovered to flies and not by the guests, by the staff. Bathroom grotty, shower curtain black mould , never ever had hot water in the sink, Legionella risk. Shower plug hole Disgusting black slime and hair very bad drain smell coming up from it. I tried to get hold of Expedia to change Hotel but to no avail. Spent all our time out of the Hotel because it was so depressing. Was more of a Motel, certainly Not a Resort. All in all a complete waste of hard earned money, a very disappointing stay, i could of cried. I might add that my Family and i are well accustomed to Thailand and have travelled extensively around South East Asia and know what to expect. But This Hotel lacks in care and attention.

Beautiful pool close to downtown!

Pool was beautiful with poolside massage available. Rooms were beautiful, a little buggy at times. Breakfast is simple and a little expensive if you eat at the hotel. No elevator. Our room was at the top of several fights of stairs but cozy and clean! Walking distance to night market, waterfront and a big mall.

Nær shoppingsenter med mange spisesteder

Vi fikk først et rom mot hovedveien, som vi syns det var veldig mye støy, dette fikk vi byttet med et rom mot hagen. Det var mye bedre! Hotellet ligger nær flyplassen og støy når fly letter og lander må påregnes! Daglig renhold var helt greit, men rommet kunne absolutt trengt en ordentlig husvask! Dører, speil og tak bar tydelig preg på mangelfull rengjøring. Hotellet ligger i gangavstand til stort fint shoppingsenter, strand ca 15 minutters gange. Fint bassengområde på hotellet! Sengene var OK, stolene på terrassen var veldig lave og harde. Betjeningen var blide og meget serviceinnstilte.

First a warning. Be prepared to walk a lot of stairs. It's built on a hill and therefore there are no elevators! That said... I had a beautiful view from my balcony! The room itself was fine. Comfortable bed with good pillows. I sleeped very good. Wifi was good, but occasionally would drop out and stay offline for a few min. I read some reviews that you have to get a new passcode from the reception erea each day. That's not true. Mine kept working all my stay. It's good enough for YouTube or Netflix. The shower was meh. No hard stream and not incredible hot to. The rest of the bathroom was oke. Had to put the airco to arround 17 degree for it to be working fine. The hotel has a free pool table, but its terrible quality. All the balls kept rolling to the side of the table.

タオ島の帰りに1泊しました。

タオ島からの帰りにサムイ島で一番の繁華街であるチャウエンビーチ沿いでホテルを探し1泊しました。ビーチ沿いではなく少し奥まった位置にあります。山に面しており、先ずフロントに入るのに階段、フロントから部屋に行くにも多数階段があります。エレベーターはありません。低料金でそれを覚悟して泊まりました。低価格なホテルなのにチェックインの際、ウェルカムドリンクがあり、1泊ですが明日のスケジュールは？と質問されサムイ空港行の送迎をお願いしました。空港から15分位200バーツ（約686円）でした。ボーイさんが汗をかきながらも荷物を部屋まで運んでくれました。部屋はとても広く、バルコニーも広く開放的でした。アメニティーは、石鹸・綿棒・シャンプー類がありました。歯ブラシはありませんでした。朝から夕方までチャウエンビーチの中心であるマクドナルド付近まで無料送迎があり 1度利用しました。車で約5分　帰りのピックアップができるか質問したが、うまくコミュニケーションは出来なく歩いて帰りました。大きなショッピングモールまで歩いて10分位でしたので、歩いても行きました。朝食を付けましたが、品数は少なかったです。日本のホテルの様にスタッフのサービス精神が高い事を感じました

Nova Samui April 2018

There are two plus points for this hotel! Firstly the pool is fantastic and secondly the staff are so very friendly and helpful. The superior room which I stayed in was nice and had everything I needed. Although the furniture is a little dated. The air conditioning could use an upgrade to make the room a little cooler, but that is my personal choice. Also the breakfast is very basic with only three hot items available on most days, which was was not to my personal taste. I did complain about the cleanliness of the bathroom and that was promptly attended to, although it was a basic clean but acceptable. The hotel is located about a 5 minuet walk from the main shopping mall and 10 minuets from the beach. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return again.

中心部から少々離れてはいるが、プールも広く快適なコテージ風ホテル

今回初宿泊。ホテル内部は丘のようになっていて、かなり高いところまでコテージ風の部屋が林立しています。重いスーツケースの場合は上の方の部屋になると結構大変かもしれません（従業員が運んでくれると思いますが）。夜はベランダで虫の鳴き声を聞きながらビールを飲んで良い気分でした（蚊には注意）。プールも広く、1週間ほど滞在しましたがこの値段なら及第点です。ただし夜遅く歩くと前の通りは交通量も少なくなり、暗いし野犬がいるので注意です。私は毎晩歩いて帰りましたが、遅くなる時はバイタクを使った方が良いかもしれません。それを除けば全般的には良いホテルで快適に過ごせました。

Lovely grounds but has some issues

Nova Samui is located inland, maybe 10 to 15 mins walk from the beach if you go through the shopping centre which is only a few minutes away. The rooms are nice and large but have noisy floor boards so if you are in a downstairs room, this might be a problem. The Welcome Inn with Dave and Porn's local knowledge is only 1 minute away and well worth stopping off at. The internet is a little flaky and you have to login every day on every device with a new code. The pool is nice however there is very little shade, no parasols at all so everyone is clumped around on an unused massage platform trying not to burn. The staff are friendly and breakfast is about average. As it is built into a hillside, there are many steps, 2 flights to reception and another to the pool and then more to the rooms. All in though, price, location, amenities etc it's value for money.

Pour un séjour réussi à Ko Samui je recommande

Proche des lieux de vie, de la mer, d'un temple. Le personnel est d'une sympathie sans nom. L'hôtel est très beau, la piscine très agréable. Les prix sont très raisonnables...

年末年始はやめたほうがよい

今回年末年始に利用させていただきました。チャウエンビーチから歩いて10分〜15分程ですが、年末年始は近くで朝方までお祭りをしていてとにかく爆音でライブをしててうるさくて眠れません。確か12/27-1/5くらいまで。あと、追加でもう一泊泊まりたく、キャンセル待ちしたのですが、ジュニアスイートしか空いてないと高い部屋を案内されました。他の小さな部屋も空いていたので高い部屋を案内されたのが不信感でした。また空港までのタクシーを呼んでくれず、近くのホテルに泊まったときは快く呼んでくれモーニングコールまでしてくれましたのでサービスはあまり良いとは言えません。他のホテルにしたらよかったと後悔しました。立地は近くにフードコートが歩いて5分くらいのところにあり便利なほうかとは思いますがまた泊まりたいとは思いませんでした。プールはきれいです。

Fint poolområde, många trappor, den dyraste ölen under 16 nätter fanns i minibaren o poolbaren. Frukost ok men inte mer. Nära till shopping, dåligt tryck i duschen.

Ticks my boxes

4th visit very comfortable and reasonably priced - great staff always make me feel welcome. Great pool and lovely grounds.

Good vale for money but it was noisy

The hotel is close to the center square, it's a very convenient in a way. However there was a local event at that time, they got a big music untill midnight. I was hoping the music stop at 11pm but it continued till 1am. Other than that it's ok. Staffs are kind and helpful. Good vale for money.

No lift

We booked Hill room assuming to get a good view. But the room is on 6th floor with no lifts. Too many mosquitoes and quite old furniture

Nice Resort, good position in Chaweng

I found myself very well in this resort to the structure, my suite was beautiful, good staff in reception, cleaning unfortunately is no good, found spider and cobwebs, they never cleaned the floor, maybe 3 time in 1 month`s stay, never clean the terrace, I pointed aut to the staff cleaning but to not result....never ate in the restorant, I look the breakfast buffet was really poor, in fact no one ate......
