Reception staff and buggy drivers were very kind, efficient, and professional, despite their young age. Breakfast was good. I would though suggest an upgrade in the restaurant as it does not fit the hotel's atmosphere and style.

The staff and facilities were excellent, however the rough unmade ground just outside our room was quite difficult, especially for my wife who has mobility issues and uses a stick.

We stayed here for the first leg of our honeymoon. The room was spacious and had a great view of the mountains and the ocean. It's located very centrally in Ao Nang, but yet it's private and quiet. We never tried the restaurant as it was quite expensive and never had any guests (bad sign). There were so many great places to eat nearby, so that was not an issue for us. The cleaning staff was very friendly and did a good job cleaning the room. We did ask the reception for advice on how to get around and they couldn't help us which we found a bit strange. All in all an okay place to stay. The place has great potential but could use a bit of maintenance.

• Cleaning room: bloodstain On floor when we moved in,still there Moving out. Comes 16-17 in afternoon, too late. No cleaning in bathroom for 3 weeks, had to do it ourself… • infinity pool: leaves, band-aids, suncream etc in water, have to order at the bar - nobody went around taking orders, no staff cleaning food/glasses trough the day, no Music or towels to lay on, order food and wait around 1 hour. • Mood coffee bar: Nice place but then cant evnen make café latte… • Staff: very friendly but slow • Sent e-mail before we went wanting to upgrade, never Got a reply • Breakfast: cheap. Not a single Thing was good. Toastbread and watered out orange juice. Went out paying for it every day.

We stayed in the ocean view jacuzzi room which was excellent. The plug was missing but the maintenance team sorted that immediately. Being on the hill there is a golf kart which takes you up amd down which was easy to use. The view was amazing! Location was perfect. Pool area was nice and quiet. The pool itself wasnt nice to swim in, too chemically on the eyes. The staff at the pool were clueless to say the least, although very polite. No organisation, half the menu unavailable and it seemed like most of our drinks were brought up from the main hotel so a slow service. Seems like a reflection on management n9t staff itself. Breakfast was awful! Check in and out was easy. Laundry service was also great.

Litt tungvindt hotell, hadde rom i en av de øverste bygningene, lang og svært bratt bakke å gå, tungt i varmen. Har "golfbil" der, men ikke alltid tilgjengelig. Merkelig innredning på rommet, selv en liten koffert må ligge på gulvet, ønsker man å tømme kofferten må klær stort sett ligge på gulvet. Kun en pinnestol, ingen nattbord. I stedet er det heldekkende glassvegger mot bad/dusj som man med en fjernkontroll kan velge om skal være klare eller frostet. Fiffig...? Har tidligere ligget på bungalower der, det har vært greit.

Her kommer vi tilbake
Et veldig koselig hotell. Vi ble godt ivaretatt fra vi kom til vi reiste. Kunne vært bedre renhold på rommer. Veldig god frokost, store fine rom, fint bassengområde. En plass vi gjerne kommer tilbake til 😊

Excellent location - good conditon & service
Staff were very friendly. Swimming pool with bar open during day, food available from reception, Snack restaurant and main "breakfast" restaurant - but all closed in the evening. However, literally hundreds of restaurants are available within easy walking distance, as location is very central, nicely set back from main drag, but only 200 metres from beach. Resort is built over a steep extensive attractively wooded hillside - mixture of blocks and some individual units- fortunately they have a "buggy" to drive you too and from your room whenever required, otherwise it would be a problem for anyone with even slight mobility problems - or even the active struggling uphill in the heat/humidity. Rooms are modern-featureless but comfortable, very well air-conditioned: ours had a quiet balcony with views through trees to sea. Large extension block(s) and another swimming pool about to open further up hill- Feb 2020

Very convenient location, few minutes walk to the beach. We would like to commend your staffs for such great service. We had issues with the TV & your staff changed a TV for us when the issue could not be solved. On our check out day, the buggy waited patiently for us even though we told the staff to just bring our luggages down. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Positivt: Veldig fint hotell. Svært profesjonelle. Moderne. Sentralt. Alle vet hvor det er. Kort vei til stranden. Svært pene omgivelser. Fin lobby. Alt ser nytt ut. Stort rom i egen bygning. Negativt: Oversvømmelse i dusjen hvis vi dusjet mer enn 5 minutter. Daglig rengjøring kl. 10:00, altfor tidlig. Litt dyrt i restauranten.

The room was excellent as was the location. The pool was very nice but had a severe shortage of deck chairs. Guests went down at 9 am to reserve them and we never did get to enjoy the pool

Nice hotell near everything
This is a nice hotel which is just a few minutes walk from the beach. Restaurants and shops are just around the corner but the area is still very quiet and you can have a good night sleep. The air condition works fine but breakfast needs to be improved. For example they don't have dark bread or cheese. The pool is quite small but on the low season it's enough. Staff is wonderful and smiling and are helping you if you have any question. Just hundred meters further down the street you have a nice tailor shop called Scandi fashion. The have excellent quality and have a very serious tailor. Don't forget to pay tip to the nice straff at the hotel and restaurants and specially for the massage ladies on the Street.

Très bon séjour par contre Wifi très limité. Nous avons demandé à l'hôtel de nous réserver une navette pour nous rendre à phuket : çà a été la galère, 5h de route au lieu de 3h prévues. Massage bien, belle piscine
