Not really value for money
The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful, the male staff in reception friendly too, but the more senior lady staff in reception seemed mostly busy on their smart phones, seldom looking up to actively ensure a good stay for the customers or even extend a smile or friendly gesture. I think this hotel has a general feel that they do not have to make any efforts because clients are coming anyway. Hotel is functional, not dirty but just about delivering minimum expectations of cleanliness, nothing more and nothing less. Active information about facilities, services and things to enjoy, including proper information about transportation options across the area is almost non existent. Environmental responsibility and helping customers spend less single use plastic by eliminating bottles, using water tanks instead, remove plastic from waste bins etc. is non existent. Here the hotel management should step their game up. There is room for improvement and perhaps I would after that stay here again.
