Avoid at all costs!
The actual pub downstairs is quite nice, as is the garden and drinks seemed reasonably priced.
However, the room was digusting and filthy. The bathroom had not been cleaned at all, the toilet was vile with mess and didn't flush probably.
The bedroom was fine, the beds were reasonably comfy but no mattress protectors and we chose to sleep on top of the duvet because of questionable marks.
There were multiple items left from the previous guest, who left the bathroom in an awful state. There was not even soap in the bathroom, just hand sanitiser.
The stairs and hallway were full of stuff everywhere, things spilling out of cupboards.
And our key to the back entrance did not work!!!! Thankfully we got back early enough the pub was only just open, otherwise we'd have been locked out all night!
We didn't mind disturbed by the noise, but I would not recommend it for anyone who wants quiet. It is right next to the train track, and they run late and start early.
We have never stayed anywhere so dirty and such extremely poor value for money. You're better of staying a hostel than coming here!
