"Room is tight however space is well used and there was storage for 2 check in sized luggage. They are setup for luggage delivery service with airporter which allowed us to send luggage from osaka to pur next stop in Kyoto. Shower/bathroom are excellent and very clean even though it is a bit tight. Staff were helpful. Hotel has laundry machines which are easily accessible. "女1人での宿泊でしたので、動物園前駅から近いので不安でしたが、天王寺駅からもアクセス可能で、大通りだし、ドンキも遅くても開いているので買い物できるし、治安も大丈夫でした！ 朝食もメニューが豊富で、お部屋にも持って行けるのでありがたかったです。スープと弁当を持つとドアを開けるのが大変なのでトレイをお借りできたらもっといいなと思いました。 無料のロッカーも使いやすいし、ロビーはミーティングルームのような小部屋が座ったり準備したりと使えるので、時間を潰すのもおすすめです。伊丹空港との直行バスも天王寺駅前から乗車できるので、アクセスしやすくおすすめです！ また利用したいです。ありがとうございました。"

"Lovely little hotel with a great location. The rooms are new, clean and completely scent free. Bedding is fragrance free. I have fragrance sensitivities, so this was of particular concern for me. Note: if you have issues with fragrance chemicals as well - they do use a diffuser in the main lobby, which did bother my lungs when I needed to spend time down there.
