Misleading Area Location HORROR Booking Experience

We arrived late prior from our booking date, then our reservations was occupied. They cant accommodate us because we haven't confirm our arrival time to the area. They reason out that we must confirm thru call our arrival time so that they will accommodate our reservations. The location of pension house was misleading in the ads. It is 10-12 km away from the city proper. Just waste extra bucks from this.
