"We have stayed at the Brownwood multiple times. Its a great location for visiting relatives in the Villages. The whole facility is modern, up-to-date and well maintained. The staff is always helpful and polite. The rooms are nicely appointed and always clean. "

"I liked the clean room and carpet less floors, although the double shower heads were a bit weird. The staff was nice and helpful. I do wish you could get a room with a bathtub or an actual suite with a separate bedroom. That said the location is great and views very nice on the lakeside. Price was reasonable, too. Lots of stuff in walking distance, another bonus."
