"This is an excellent facility with good beds and bathrooms. Our stay was spoilt by surly unhelpful reception staff. After telling us that we could not check in before 3 pm, the same person checked in a crew of pilots. Then at 3:05 When apparently we qualified to check in we were given a room on the top floor. My wife had an injured knee and asked if there was a room available on a lower floor. Although we were the first to book in after 3 pm we were told there were no other rooms...

"The hotel was lovely and the staff friendly and helpful! It's really hard to find a dog friendly hotel that are so relaxed about actually bringing dogs! Especially as our puppy is a big boy and sometimes, due to his bread, people are cautious of him. But the hotel were great and didn't make us feel nervous or "in the way" at all. It was a lovely stay."

"This is a very lovely hotel, set in beautiful surroundings. We were ecstatic that the room was ready several hours before the standard check-in and we were allowed to go straight to it. The room was large, very clean and the views were soothing. "No pool due to maintenance which was a real upset. Rooms were basic, clean and no issues for the price. We had ordered connecting rooms and had to ask for the door to be opened between them. Breakfast was good only negative was the coffee machine didn’t warm the milk. We tried 3 times and it was always the same. Good for one or two nights and free parking was a bonus."
