The pool was an absolute blessing during very hot days, especially that it has a roof protecting from the sun. The owners are very helpful and nice. "Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. "Great property! I loved everything about my stay here:) The location is on the far side of then lake (5 min walk to town center) so it is a bit quieter. The property is right in the lake so you can watch the boats go by. The room was spacious and clean with great toiletries. The rooms all have access to the outdoor space which has tables, chairs and loungers. Breakfast was slightly different everyday which was nice and came with seasonal fruit.
