"The Concourse is a very nice hotel located near city hall. It is walkable to State St and the lake front. The room was big. Bed comfortable. We liked the governor level club. The food was good and the service was great! The bar in the lobby was nice. The drinks and food were great! The front desk person was kind but not very informative. "

"It's great that they have electronic vehicle Chargers here, was able to charge my car overnight for a very affordable price. I also really enjoyed the breakfast that they had in the morning, including the fresh pancake machine and the egg white frittatas! The person working the front desk when I checked in was super nice and accommodating, despite it being an ungodly late hour. Big thanks to them!"

"Beautiful hotel with the option to have a room with a view of the capital square. Nice pool and sizable fitness center. Comfortable rooms and very nice bathrooms. The only tricky thing about staying here is the parking which is limited on the street, so paying to park in the lot is the best option. Would definitely stay again!"
