"The room I was in smelled like cigarettes and I asked for a refund since I wouldn’t be staying there. My boyfriend offered me a room at his place. I walked up to the counter about 20 minutes after checking in not opening anything or dirtying anything asked for a refund which your site says I am entitled to and they said no
