"The property was lovely - clean and spacious. Very nicely maintained with some fun wall decor throughout the house. Access was a little challenging up a spiral staircase although this was clearly stated at booking. Due to this, not advisable for elderly/frail people."

"Really great accommodation close to beaches and North Cornwall coast. Excellent WiFi super comfy beds and fantastic facilities. Can’t wait to go back. "

"The house was nice, clean and comfortable. However, a few important things things were not adequately supplied, eg only one toilet roll was supplied for a family of three for one week and there were no kitchen rolls. Also only one mirror in the entire property located in the Master bedroom. The toilet seat needs fixing because it keeps sliding off while one is sitting on it."

"First of all I had to drive up and down the road trying to find Chocos after the wrong postcode was on the details. Plymouth is one of the most difficult places to navigate around I’ve ever known The room was ok a comfortable bed and the kitchen was well equipped … I was very tired indeed when I arrived and due to dial to Santander on the Sunday afternoon. "My family and I (a group of five) had a very unpleasant stay here for five days. The hot water supply was inadequate; it could only support a shower for one person (not a bath, just a shower for less than 15 minutes) before turning ice-cold. After experiencing this issue on the first day, we immediately emailed the host on the same day (a Saturday), flagging the problem as urgent and asking for advice. "A lovely cottage with a perfect garden. Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the sun but also shady areas if it’s too hot. The kitchen was well equipped. Loved the coffee maker! One point though, the beds are very low and could be a problem if you have back or hip problems. "
