Hotel was clean and in a great part of Old Quarter. The staff was so friendly and accommodating - they were truly wonderful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Free breakfast was delicious (buffet style with a ton of options). Highly recommend!!

I enjoyed the stay at La siesta Classic Ma May Hotel & Spa. It was comfortable with hospitality in check in and out. Vietnamese cuisine is high quality and delicious in 1F restaurant. It is possible to cook favorite baquette sandwich by your self. I recommend to visit top floor, You can find nice SKY Bar.

Hotel is within walking distance to the places in Hanoi we wanted to get to. Staff was exceptional and helped us plan out out of town trips. Would come back to this hotel again.

Great location great service
Fantastic 2 day stay in La Siesta. The hotel is in a great location in the heart of the Old Quater. But what really made this hotel special is the service. Every staff member is so helpful and kind and always has a smile on their face. As we were there over the Lunar new year holidays we did not get the opportunity to use the gym or spa. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Muy buena, la atencion el servicio y la limpieza. Se portaron con nosotros de forma excelente. Se quedaron las maletas cuando llegamos temprano y al la salida igual. Un servicio impecable. Y la terraza excepcional. Volveria seguro.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la posizione e perché eravamo curiosi di vedere come mai era quotato con migliaia di eccellente. La sorpresa è stata che effettivamente non si poteva che lodare ogni dipendente per la sua disponibilità a prevenire e poi esaudire ogni necessità degli ospiti. Le camere sono pulitissime, le superior che avevamo prenotato poi hanno anche un bagno grande ed il ristorante è ottimo e con prezzi molto convenienti. Anche qui il personale è di una gentilezza e premura come si trova in quelli stellati. Eravamo molto scettici sulla mole dì eccellente dato nei giudizi, ebbene anche noi confermiamo che sono meritati!

The rooftop bar was really fun and the drinks were amazing. The staff was so helpful and has great recommendations. We did a spa treatment as well and were very impressed. The location is perfect to walk around the old quarter. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Questo hotel ha tutto il personale motivato ed orientato ad esaudire ogni richiesta/necessita’ degli ospiti! E ‘ pulitissimo ben arredato e con un ottimo ristorante a prezzi incredibili rispetto a quelli italiani. E ‘ nella città vecchia per cui è vicino a tutto. Lo ho scelto perché aveva fin troppi eccellenti giudizi e volevo verificare di persona. Ebbene è veramente così!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was very clean and stylish. The rooftop bar was really cool and the restaurant has a great breakfast buffet. Tons of dining options nearby and the staff had great recommendations for us. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel coordinated a driver from the airport, and was very helpful with tips of getting around the city, locations to visit, etc. Great location with easy walking around the old quarter. Hotel was clean, strong internet, gym and great breakfast. Definitely stay here!
