Xin chào Chị Vân, Trước tiên, Chúng tôi chân thành cảm ơn Chị đã chọn Khu nghỉ dưỡng Centara Mirage Mũi Né cho kỳ nghỉ vừa rồi, đặc biệt cảm ơn Chị đã dành thời gian chia sẽ những trải nghiệm của Chị về Khu Nghỉ Dưỡng. Đồng thời, Tôi thành thật xin lỗi Chị về sự chậm trễ của xe điện đã khiến Chị chờ đợi lâu, chúng tôi đã tăng cường thêm xe điện và đội ngũ nhân viên để không làm khách chờ đợi quá 15 phút. Qua đây, Tôi cũng xin giải thích để Chị hiểu rõ thêm về tiêu chuẩn phòng của Khu nghỉ dưỡng. Booking của Chị là phòng Deluxe, đối với những phòng này thì theo thiết kế tiêu chuẩn sẽ không có bồn tắm, riêng đối với biệt thự có một, hai, ba phòng ngủ thì sẽ có bồn tắm. Còn về bánh, trái cây thì theo tiêu chuẩn của Khu Nghỉ Dưỡng là không có set up bánh trái cây welcome trong phòng, chỉ trừ những trường hợp đặt biệt và được yêu cầu trước. Mong rằng Khu Nghỉ Dưỡng sẽ có cơ hội được phục vụ Quý Khách trong kỳ nghỉ tiếp theo ạ. Trân trọng,
