Great value, staff, and a lot of activities
"This is our fourth visit to the hot springs resort. Our daughter enjoys the outdoor ateas particularly fhe dinosaur park and hot srpings. The food is fairly priced and decent. The staff are professional and friendly."

"It is a 4 star hotel yet when we check in the room, there was no shampoo, no shower gel (which is standard) we had to remind reception to ask for it!"
