"This Parador is in a lovely location and is a wonderful historic building. Views from our room and from the terrace were beautiful. However, the place is rather let down by very indifferent staff. The lady on reception when we arrived was fine, but when we checked out, the guy on reception didn’t ask us if we’d had a nice stay, or even say goodbye! And the waiter on the terrace was extremely surly and ignored us for ages (seemingly choosing to serve all the Spanish people first, until I more or...
