"We had a lovely balcony room for 3 nights with a great view. The pool was lovely and well maintained. We used Cabify for a taxis to and from the hotel who were very reasonably priced. We would have liked to have gone around the ruins but are currently closed. Two slight disappointments were that when I emailed the hotel to ask if they had parking (in case we got a hire car), they told me they didn't and we'd have to park in the public car park 100m away. However there is a parking area right...

However, the reception desk closes at 8pm (bear in mind that this is a hostel, not a hotel). After some communication via Expedia chat the landlord sent us instructions on how to get access to our room after 8pm.
