"We really enjoyed the stunning pool, and the proper Finnish sauna at the property. Pool is heated and warm even in February and it was equipped with a powerful hydromassage. The location is great and offers long days of sun with views to Teide and ocean. We also enjoyed watching the sun set in the atlantic ocean. "The hotel is fine and the staff is friendly. The main problem with the hotel, or at least with my villa (#37) is that the bathroom smell really bad most of the time. Also, it is a problem that towels are not changed daily, especially when traveling with children. One more issue is that the kitchen has barely nothing, not even a cleaning cloth."
