"The staff was very good, the property was beautiful and quiet. They had breakfast that was a really great buffet every morning. They had a nice pool and a beach are with two bars that served food as well as drinks. The spa had great services for reasonable prices. The surrounding area was like a beach resort with lots of shopping, restaurants and bars. It was very multicultural and there were many options for transportation."

"Lage und Aussicht exzellent, Personal sehr freundlich, Buffet sehr reichhaltig und von guter Qualität. Echter Schwachpunkt: Keine Rückzugsmöglichkeit vor Dauer-Musik und Animation. Auch wenn abends schon lange niemand mehr am Pool ist, dröhnt das "wumm-wumm" weiter. Von 21 h bis 23:45 (!) kommt dann noch das Gekreische der alleinreisenden Damen im "Disco-Taumel" dazu."

"Nice place! There are 2 Bonanza, this place and one across the road. This one is older but quiet and nice, 2 pools and tennis, mini-golf etc. Staff were all super nice. A bit far from Palma city center (30 min on bus) but well connected by bus line 4."

"Ma 2e fois dans cet hôtel petit problème au mois de Mai par rapport au mois d’Août c’est que l eau de la piscine et de la mer est bien plus froide et comme l hôtel n’utilise pas de machine pour chauffer l’eau et la douche de notre avait une petite fuite sinon pour le reste un bon hôtel 4 étoiles "

"Le logement était propre et le personnel très accueillant et sympathique par contre l'immeuble et les chambres mériteraient d'être rénovés pour un 4* car certains endroits de la chambre ont de la peinture qui s'écaille et dans la salle de bain le flexible de douche est abîmé ainsi que le pommeau de douche fixé au plafond qui est rouillé et l'eau y coule faiblement. Le minibar était vide et le meuble du minibar en bois est abîmé. Pour un 4 étoiles, il manque également une machine à café et thé...
