"Me and my friend went for couple days arrived late Monday contacted property to say we would be there for 11pm. Lady on reception was very nice and helpful, we had a studio with pool view the room was very clean and tidy balcony was a good size and the kitchen was great if you needed to cook but we never. We are planning on staying again in this property."

"Lovely clean modern hotel apartments. 1 bedroom very large, sound proof, 2 sofa beds, 2 balcony’s good air conditioning. Pool decent size, football pitch, play area and cafe . Left little space for sun beds and guests get up in the early hours to put their towels on them. All gone before 7am!! Don’t stoop that low and explore / sunbathe beyond the four walls of the hotel. Much nicer. "

"Tent Palmanova exceeded my expectations. Clean, order amongst guests, and super helpful staff. Extended brunch is excellent, and the 24/7 self Laundry was extremely helpful for me. Starbucks coffee served in the bar which was superb 👌as an early riser, I loved the option of having coffee prior to breakfast and which begins at 8am, without having to leave the property. Would definitely recommend."

"The property was beautiful and the staff was amazing! One thing I would say is the hotel is dated and starting to look run down. We had issues with our keys and had to have it replaced twice. Breakfast was great but I wish the wait staff came around for drinks as opposed to self serve. Also the charge for water was high and bottles in the room were not replaced when drank. You can go to the mini market across the street and get a large bottle for significantly cheaper."

"Fantastic location … walkable to square and also to main centre but far enough that it was peaceful in the evening (only 5 or 6 euro in a taxi up from the centre in the evening) Staff members are wonderful - friendly & helpful but not overbearing. Marc - part of the entertainment team who hosted the tapas tasting - was particularly fabulous. Activities on every day by the pool bar if you want to - not forced or hectic - cocktail making; meditation; bracelet making; hand massage; tapas tasting; quiz etc First time to Majorca and will definitely return and most likely to this hotel"

"Everything was a great experience from the service to the cleanliness of the room to the staff, except the air-conditioning needs work because for the entirety of time that we were in the room, it was set to 18° however, this was not the reality because it was always warmer than that, therefore, the air-conditioning needs improvement. "Estive hospedada no Hotel Bahia Príncipe, em Magaluf, de 22 a 26 de junho. De um modo geral, a experiência foi bastante positiva. A limpeza do hotel foi irrepreensível, estando tudo sempre muito limpo e bem cuidado. O único aspeto que me desagradou foi o facto de ter reservado o regime de meia pensão (pequeno-almoço e jantar incluídos) e não ter sido informada, no momento da reserva, de que todas as bebidas ao jantar eram pagas à parte. Considero que essa informação deveria ser comunicada de forma clara para evitar surpresas. No entanto, a verdadeira mais-valia deste hotel são, sem dúvida, os seus funcionários. Todos demonstraram profissionalismo, simpatia e disponibilidade, tornando a estadia muito mais agradável. Gostaria de deixar um agradecimento especial ao Otávio, nadador-salvador da piscina, sempre muito atento, simpático e disponível para ajudar. Também à Eva e à Damiana, do bar da piscina, que foram absolutamente excecionais: muito trabalhadoras, simpáticas e sempre com um sorriso no rosto. Sem faltar o Diego da recepção.
