Christina and Juan on reception were absolutely lovely, and very helpful. I also had some comms with the property before we arrived (through the Expedia app) and my queries were answered promptly. "Lovely clean modern hotel apartments. 1 bedroom very large, sound proof, 2 sofa beds, 2 balcony’s good air conditioning. Pool decent size, football pitch, play area and cafe . Left little space for sun beds and guests get up in the early hours to put their towels on them. All gone before 7am!! Don’t stoop that low and explore / sunbathe beyond the four walls of the hotel. Much nicer. "

"Starting with hotel in general , its 4 star and lives up to 4 star. Clean, well maintained, polite and professional staff. Great food! breakfast lunch and dinner buffets are excellent. If you like cake you will love this hotel :-) Very close the beach and the town centre. Car rental place right next door very convenient. The only downside was the standard of the room cleaners. With a 4 star hotel the expectation for a room clean is high, floors mopped,hoovering, dusting. we found we had to ask the reception twice to get our room done as expected. When it was done it was done well, but we shouldnt have to ask. That aside this was a nice stay and we would come again."

"This was my second stay here, and again it did not disappoint. We had a junior suite which was so spacious and had access to the portals lounge which was always amazingly quiet. Excellent breakfast, great gym, swimming in the sea off the jetty every day. Would suggest this is more of an adult hotel as not much for kids but that was perfect for me and my 17 year old daughter."
