This is a great hotel in a great location, everything was grand the food, the entertainment, staff,. Only issue i had was with our bathroom which needs updated due to moulding around the shower area which made it look a bit unsightly

Very nice view overlooking the pool and the sea ... Nice and clean rooms, delisious food with a big variety. Staff is friendly especially Mr. Carlos who works on the front desk as he helped us a lot, he was very kind and always ready to help.

Our holiday was great. The sea view room was fantastic. A very swimmable beach is right at the doorstep. The meals were super tasty and the staff was extremely friendly. The staff took complaints about unruly guests serious and addressed it quickly and without much fuss or noise. I would always recommend the hotel to people who rather have a nice holiday in Palmanova than party time in Magaluf.

Amazing oceanview

Amazing oceanview from the room and balcony: the bay, the boats, the city. The room was very nice, but not the bathroom which was not maintaine. Housekeeping forgot changing the bedlinnen and filing up the coffee and milk. It would be perfect with at little smile from the employees now and then, but think they are very busy.

Nice view and little sleep

Room 702 Nice location and nice view. Lacking of service elevator/lift for staff is a disaster for everyone! Very disturbing vibrations going down in the walls from roof top machinery for ventilation all night. No good if you are on holiday for some rest and sleep... You will soon have a mayor problem with water leakage in the bathroom. The pastic wall carpet is coming off. Friendly and fast service in reception and houskeeping. Thks Urban Kallstrom

Hotel was average, sadly a few staff were not overly pleasant, especially the guy on the outside snack bar. I ordered a ham and tomato sandwich, he made it with cheese,i said nicely that this wasnt what id ordered and he threw it in bin in anger, slammed the plate down and made a rude remark to me. Wouldnt go back.

Was everything good. Reception people is nice, but when speaking with you if coming someone from staff they leave you and speak with them... :) but is normal they are Spanish people :) i don't know but for 4* stars little bit not enough clean and elevators are scary :) lack of entertainment for children...

The Hotel and catering staff were good. We did not have any complaints during our stay. The selection of food in the hotel at meal times was very good also. (keep up the good work Santiago along with the rest of the catering team). The star quality must be given to to the entertainers that do there best to keep the entertainment moving throughout the day and some evenings, as well as keeping the children excited. They also provided kids activities each day with set times for each, that was always on time. In the evenings there was entertainment put on for kids and for adults. Different shows by entertainers or singers that are brought into the hotel also. The area is very good, with lots of things to do around. The beaches are extremely clean with clear waters and golden sand. Very popular beaches next to the hotel that are not noisy and only 2-3min walk. If I had to pick some down sides, some areas were lacking four star quality that could be rectified with a refreshment of paint and maintenance. Second there was no system for getting a pool side seat, with people coming at the opening time of 10am and finding that all seats had been taken with peoples towels left of them (same a most hotels). However, the pool location by the sea is fantastic and has the sun all day long with a good view. Thanks Room 106

Fell short of expectations

Most of the hotel was fine and we had an ok stay. The view and location were great, the food was great as well. My daughter has Celiacs and was accomodated with care. On arrival I was informed our booked room type was actually unavailable, and was put in a "better room". That was all fine except for one major issue - our "upgraded" room had many maintenance issues. The phone was completely broken and no one came to replace it despite us asking several times. The shower did NOT function for the duration of our stay - the drain was blocked and the shower water flooded the bathroom within a few minutes. We notified staff immediately and they sent maintenance to "address" the issue 4 different times in 3 days. The maintenance man's idea of a "fix" was plunging the drain and it did absolutely nothing. To add to the issues with water, we had water dripping from our ceiling a few times, and other places in the hotel had water and drywall falling from the ceiling due to water damage. The one time i had to use the shower i had to turn it off repeatedly and even then we ended up with water in all corners of our hotel room. Management refused to address complaints. If you want working plumbing or you're sensitive to mold, seek other accommodation.
