"For New York the hotel was a good deal better than we expected. The room was large, clean and given that NY never sleeps it was reasonably quiet. Yes the decor was a little tired but still very much to a reasonable standard. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The idea of the destination fee of $40 per day should be dropped and added to the standard charge. Then give the $15 as a bonus per day to spend in the shop. Many thanks for a great stay "

"Location of this hotel is great if you’re attending Broadway plays, Rockefeller Center and great restaurants and Pubs. Walking distance to everything. Hotel was clean and staff superb. Will definitely be back 5*****"

"This was in a great location, extremely affordable, and at that time (March 2025) looked like everything within had just been renovated, with the whole place looking new and clean. The only thing some people may not like is that the rooms are quite small and there are no bathrooms in the hotel rooms, just common bathrooms and showers on every floor. Also, watch out for those pipes, I banged my head on one walking out of the bathroom. Other than that, great place to stay, and I'd stay again whenever I'm back."
