"This hotel had excellent reviews. The price was good, so I booked it. I was not disappointed. The manager, Raj & his staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I could feel the warmth & friendship of the hotel as soon as I arrived. Nothing is to much trouble for them. I leave today for Pokhara, but will come back & stay here again next week when I return. Strongly recommend this hotel. You simply can not go wrong staying here. Its excellent."

"The hotel was clean with great service. The staff were amazing, respectful, and helpful. The owner, Pramod Sadaula, is a respectful gentleman and very helpful. It’s an excellent place to stay. The restaurants and food were very good. Everyone made my stay very memorable and enjoyable. I highly recommend Hotel Jay Suites. "
