"The room was great. Clean and well appointed. The staff were very helpful. My problem was with the overall appearance of the front desk area. When I walked in there were Amazon and other delivery boxes scattered over the entire floor of the reception area. This was NOT a good first impression. I assumed the rest of the hotel might be a problem. I thought it may have been a one time problem but the next morning the same boxes and more were there. It really ruined my vibe because first impressions count and I was disappointed. But when I arrived at my room I was pleasantly surprised. Clean, organized and overall a 5. Dinner was disappointing. The taste was excellent, the service good. However the food was served lukewarm at best. A real vibe killer. I was too tired and hungry to complain. I ate quickly and went up to my room. Would I return yes, if the front desk area was reflective of the rest of the hotel. First impressions count and could make the difference between a one time customer or a repeat customer. Because of the wonderful staff I would give it another try!!!! "

"We loved our stay at the LINE! The service was awesome and I loved both their casual bar downstairs and the beautiful rooftop restaurant. Super walkable and central. My only complaint is that there isn't any coffee in the rooms. Your only convenient choice is a $9 latte downstairs (or maybe slightly cheaper for a drip coffee). Other than this, it was a fantastic stay!"
