Staff was outstanding in being helpful. Hotel was very clean. Parking was expensive, but this is LA. We used the valet service and they were extremely responsive and always had our car ready when we came down. Great place to stay and we will stay there again.

We pick Hilton over Sheraton because of the high quality service. There is a waiter that has been there for… I think he said 37 years??… that is outstanding. The other waiters really go out of the way to cater to your needs, but he goes above and beyond every time we are there. The hotel is clean and convenient for anyone with multiple family members that want to come and go as they please.

Loved this hotel the only thing I didn’t enjoy was our a/c didn’t feel cold it was super hot in our room even after the fact that someone came and fixed it another then that I have no complains loved how they had a shuttle to take you to universal studios and back to your hotel
