"Although Properly close to Downtown and had a private gate and quiet neighborhood; the standard to be a 4 start rate property it’s too far away. Had Broken curtains, non matching towels, missing shower door, ants infestation, unclean refrigerator, unmatched silverware and pots and pans.
Owner needs to do some research how to improve property values."

"The hotel rooms themselves are great. The property was clean. My issues were no physical check-in. If you need help you have to send a message and wait for a reply. Parking is horrible. You’re suppose to have assigned parking but my assigned stop was taken by someone else. The parking area is extremely dark and the support poles are painted the same color as everything making it difficult to see the poles in the dim lighted parking spots. Honestly if they cleaned up the parking issues this...

"DO NOT BELIEVE ANY LISTING FROM THIS COMPANY! There were scuff marks on the walls, tape residue and actual tape on the stairs. Windows were filthy. Window sills had dirt and hair on them. Floors weren't even swept or vacuumed. Towels smelled like they were not cleaned. Drain flies in the tub drains. None of the photos matched the listing. I believe they are all AI generated or at the very least AI Enhanced. Windows had no view at all as shown in photos...almost all were facing neighboring...

"We had a couple issues during our stay, however they were handled in a timely manner. The location was probably the best part about it. We were able to walk to the majority of our destinations during the week. Communication with the host was excellent. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend staying in an upstairs unit due to the noise from other renters. For the price, location and staff, I would recommend staying."
