"Our one bedroom with two double beds was very spacious and clean. Dated, older interior but serviceable and met all of our needs for a long weekend for four people. Bathroom was very clean, flushing strength is very strong but shower water pressure is on the low side. Kitchenette was well stocked and included paper towels and dish soap so very convenient. Overall I would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable atay with clean accommodations "

"Perfect location! Couldn’t have been nicer inside & affordable for my weekend stay for a graduation event! Close to subway & walking everywhere. Appreciated the overnight security person in the building at night & the elevator for my bags. And the tip for storing luggage at a Bounce app managed location around the corner at Heavenly Deli worked perfectly to bridge the time gap between checkout & leaving the city. Would definitely stay again!"

"Good afternoon. I am writing to notify expedia thaf my recent stay at the Hotel and the City had an issue w/ rodents that we did not notice until the morning of checkout. We were in NYC for NYU graduation and were quite busy only using the room to dress and sleep. I woke up the next morning and found mice droppings on the pillow and table next to me. we left quickly.
