"Nice resort, however when we checked in only 1 elevator in Tower 5 was working out of 4. They got a 2nd one working somewhat the 2nd day. It barely worked and finally 2nd one was fixed about day 4 out of 6. One of the owners said one elevator had been broken since January. So if they say Tower 5 ask for ground floor or 2nd floor so you can use the stairs. Definitely not 9th floor lol. Huge lines on weekends on each floor for checkout time, so make sure you time it right or take stairs down....
