"Overall had a great experience here. Took just a couple minutes texting the host to get the check in information that was to be emailed- but they sent it pretty quickly when I said it wasn't sent yet. I didn't need anything else from the host. It was clean and overall pretty nice! The stairs you take to get up to the room are pretty loud, so I woke up one time when other people got home to other rooms during my stay, but that was it! Overall good. "Everything is automated. There is no option to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out. Towels are not changed daily, and it is difficult to communicate with the manager. The room was extremely small. This was my first time in Boston, and for the price I paid, I expected much better. In cities like New York, Las Vegas, and Miami, I have stayed in much better rooms for the same amount of money."

"Fantastic property. From booking there was an issue with Hotels.com double booking the apartment but Peter the host was straight on to sort it for us. Made sure everything was accommodated, constant clear communication and what a place! Super clean, spacious, amazing location with plenty public transport around and of course Fenway park 2 minutes walk! Super glad we booked, great price for what we had and will definitely be back anytime we are in Boston. Thanks Peter!"

"Home was immaculate and modern with great views of park & Mass State house. Finishing are very high end and host was super responsive. Only reason not to give a perfect score was some of questionable characters across the street at the square and nearby train station. Never felt unsafe, but hope the city can clear the area for this prized location and highly upgraded penthouse. Peter is great."
