The rooms were spacious and clean. The view from the 70th floor lobby is amazing. The staff are very friendly and attentive.
However, it was very noisy and I could not sleep. When I checked in, I had asked for a quiet room location if possible because I'm a light sleeper. The room they gave me was next to a service elevator that you can hear, especially late at night and early in the morning - repeated noise. And the hotel is right next to the freeway - I could see the freeway from my window and can hear the rumbling traffic noise. The walls seem to be well insulated (can't hear other guests) but the windows are not thick enough - you can hear the sirens from emergency vehicles and the traffic outside very loudly.
One other thing - you must go through the 70th floor lobby to go to your room and for exiting (all rooms are below 70th floor) - so my room was on the 42nd floor - to exit the hotel, I had to take the elevator up to the 70th floor then walk to a different area and take a different elevator to go down to first floor exit. To go back to my room, I had to take the elevator all the way up to the 70th floor, walk over to the other set of elevators and take it down to my room. If you want easy access and exit, this hotel is inconvenient.
