"It was a great location and the staff that worked at Midtown was very nice and helpful. However, if you can find a room in this same building, but from a different renter/owner, I would. Jay was not very responsive. At times wouldn't respond at all to my questions. The key to the building and elevator wouldn't work and so you always had to ask the front desk to get you to where you needed to go. I would say this unit sleeps 5 and not the 6 it states. The couch bed could fit two kids, but not two...

"It is a double bed as advertised - not a queen! Location was fabulous to Bayside MarketPlace. It was nice to have option at hotel next door to leave bags for a small fee if you have a late flight out. TV was more complicated than it should be so we did not bother. Having the kitchenette with a full frig/freezer was fantastic!"

"The Condo at the Four Seasons allowed me to get a room when the hotel was otherwise fully booked. Because it was a condo unit it had the added benefit of private bedroom, living space, and kitchen. The only 'ding' I'd give it is it required a somewhat invasive documentation process to get set up - namely scanning my drivers license in advance and sending it to a non-Four Seasons third party."

"This was our second stay at this hotel and overall we had a terrible experience, rooms were not clean , there was a conference with over 1200 attendees that took over the hotel and it was absolutely terrible walking around the hotel, chilling by the pool was terrible .. we felt so out of place with everyone from conference constantly walking in front beds .. we originally booked to stay for 3 nights and we left on the second day as the experience was just awful, we would never return "

"This property is in a nice location. Everything worked properly. I found it secure and safe and it was clean. The cons of this property is the curtains in the bedroom definitely need to be changed for some privacy when needed. Maybe get some that match the other room. It could use some fresh paint and a few touch ups mainly in the bathroom but it didn’t bother me much. "Great high-end 1-bedroom apartment with small Juliet balcony, full pantry kitchen and washer/dryer in my unit. (Might depend on specific unit in the building). The condo building / hotel is great. Very pleasant experience. "

"We stayed at this condominium for 4 nights, we really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are big, the kitchen has everything you need, the beach is at walking distance, the beds are comfortable, communication with the host was excellent, the area feels safe and you have shops and restaurants nearby, the pool was fun. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Sunny Isles. "
