My room had hair on the floor. But the staff was very nice. They kindly moved me to another room where that room was clean. The rugs In the lobby and hallways are old and ripped need to be replaced.

The room and floor had an unpleasant musty odor. The room air conditioner was at 82 (during summer in Miami) and we could not get the air to cool properly in our room. The coolest we got to was 75. Dining options were limited.

My wife exit the pool area and stepped on a piece of glass that cut her foot. I called and ask for a First Aid Kit and was brought a antiseptic and a few bandaids. Checked in late because of airport delays because of weather, tired and exhausted wife went to get in the shower and it made a noise that shooked three whole rooms. So at 1030pm we were downgraded to a different room without a garden tub.
