After check-out I was able to leave my luggage at their office which was located about 15 minutes away."

"It's not worth a 5 stars rating. Location is not good, have to walk around 1km for food and feeling unsafe at night. The room is big and clean but do not have a working desk, you have to work either on sofa or dinning table. Dust bin was not clear everyday. Amenities provided only 1 time for the whole stays. Breakfast is fine but it's same everyday. The kettle has stain at bottom, so don't dare to boil water for coffee or tea."

"I stayed at this hotel in Old Quarter, Hanoi for 3 nights and I have to say…it was really nice but also kinda funny in some ways. First, the location is absolutly PERFECT. You step out the door and boom — hundreds of street food places, little shops, scooters whizzing around like bees. You can hear the city livin’ its best life even at 6am.
