"First time to Phu Quoc with my family, highly appreciated our Butler Jane, Hana and all the drivers and staff, impressive performance helpful and serve immediately, whenever we need to help they reply immediately, 24/7 butler service check in at the resort, free buggy services, love the peoples in Phu Quoc they are nice and helpful even they can’t speak in fluent English

"We were redirected to stay at The Sea Residences which is one of the same apartment blocks in that series. Housekeeping was once every two days but they did a fantastic job. Amazing views of the sea horizon and fireworks from the balcony. No issues with transport as there are always buggys/Grab cars and Xanh SM drivers waiting around to offer you a ride. 信じられない絶景で毎晩花火もみれて最高に素敵な思い出になりました。
特に20階にあるプールからのサンセットタウンが見渡せる景色はとても素晴らしかったです。
ここのエリアは同じHOLIDAYアパートメントのビルが3棟建っていてそれぞれ部屋のオーナーさんが日本で言う民泊のように部屋を貸し出しているようです。なので同じ建物内に沢山のホテル名が出てくるので分かりづらいかと思います。
ビルの名前は
The Sky 、The Sea 、The Hill
と3棟あるのでもし空港からタクシーで行かれる方はどのビルかを事前にメールで確認しておくといいと思います。
私達はHOTELの名前だけをドライバーに告げた所、場所が分からなかったようで少し離れた所で降ろされ、坂を登る羽目になりました。
