"Excellent hotel. Phòng sạch"

"I had the pleasure of staying at GRAND HÔTEL du LAC Boutique Saigon, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The hotel's atmosphere blends classic elegance with modern comfort, creating a serene and luxurious retreat in the heart of Saigon. My room was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and...

"My husband and I recently celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary, and choosing Hotel du lac Signature in Hanoi was one of the best decisions we could have made. From the very beginning, the service was impeccable. Even before our arrival, the hotel’s sales team responded promptly to every inquiry. We asked about airport transfers and traffic conditions, and they arranged everything seamlessly. They even sent us thoughtful recommendations for how to make our anniversary trip extra special....

"Breakfast just so so, For hot dishes like beef pho, chicken pho, or omelet, you can only choose one. No ice service for cold drinks"

"Extremely helpful and courteous staff. Great location."

"They got you feeling like a King and/or Queen here. I aint giving them a 5/5 for no reason on each checklist. The assistance and care given is immaculate. There's someone to open the front door, complimentary drinks refreshments are provided while you wait, and a small moist towel was offered to clean yourself up. Upon my arrival and final day, the helpers came out to assist with me and my friend’s luggage out/in the taxi. They were also sincere and accommodative when it came through questions...

"The room was small and the layout itself was strange leaving us very little room to lay out our luggage. That being said, the staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. In fact, on our first night staying there the bartender in the restaurant, Hung, went out of his way to really make our experience excellent. He truly exemplified excellent service!"

"The resort features elegant Indochine-style architecture and solidly built hotel and villa buildings. Airport shuttle service is available for both arrival and departure, and guests are welcomed with refreshing drinks. The front gate team provides helpful information about shops, activities, and dining options internal / external. Inside, the spacious reception hall is staffed by professional team members who assist with check-in. The resort also provides useful printed information for...

"It was lovely, the let us into the room early at just after 11am and we got checkout extended to 1:30pm."

"GRAND du LAC is situated in a prime location, right in the heart of the Old Quarter and next to the St Joseph Cathedral. The ambiance is elegant, with beautiful architecture and top-notch services. The staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are exquisite, and the prices are reasonable. My only choice of hotel in Hanoi."
