Khách sạn Sa Pa

"Sarah la manager. Gros wow comme service. J ai tout aimer"

"STUNNING. PERFECT. Sensational hotel in great location away from town with great views. Breakfast, in house dining, spa, service, etc all TOP NOTCH. Highly recommended. This is the place to stay in beautiful Sapa."

"Beautiful property and nice room. Hotel is walking distance to town centre. Breakfast had good choice. "

"Nice hotel with a nice view from some of the rooms. Do not be fooled with the inflated prices they have as the normal rate. This is an expensive hotel for what it offers. Better off staying in closer to the lake area and walking 5 mins to see the same view."

"Chúng tôi đã có kỳ nghỉ dưỡng tuyệt vời tại PASSION hotel! Khách sạn mới, đẹp với tầm nhìn toàn cảnh thị trấn sapa. Hồ bơi view đẹp, nhân viên tân thiện hữu ích. Sẽ luôn là sự lựa chọn cho các lần tiếp theo chúng tôi quay trở lại sapa"

"The front desk ms chau was attentive and helpful always inquiring if we needed anything for the room or from the health center to tours and directions. She also made sure we had breakfast each morning the rooms were clean and comfortable. The balcony overlooked the town and was relaxing to sit enjoying tea"

"I can’t speak highly enough of this hotel. The staff were immediately welcoming and continued to go above and beyond throughout our stay. The property sits on the hillside overlooking the valley with an infinity pool and several other amazing vantage points. The food is beyond top notch while remaining local (breakfast was an absolute highlight!). Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff easily arranged two days of hiking for us as well as private transportation back to Hanoi. 11/10...

"Would come back here again if I come to visit Sapa next time. Definitely recommend it."

"Trên cả tuyệt vời"

"Everything was fine until the day before check-out. They didn't clean the room, there were no towels, no water to drink and no tissues, even though I called the reception desk the night before. Breakfast every day same, so bored"

"Chambre sans fenêtre. Suggestion : vous devriez imposer à vos hotels , qu'ils précisent si la chambre a une vue ou non et quel genre de vue : mer, ville, jardin ....etc"

""Should be #1 on everyone’s bucket list Words are no substitute for the experience. We are here for a Thursday to Thursday stay, and it’s only Saturday. There is nothing that we have experienced so far that has fallen short of our elevated expectations. Thank goodness we have a lot of days left for things to do, sights to see, people to meet. This is truly a “bucket list” vacation. Thank you Ville De Mont. We will miss you when we leave and so grateful for the time we had with you.""

"Nhân viên lễ Tân vui vẻ nhiệt tình . Bạn nhân viên quầy bữa sáng đưa phở ko thân thiện . "
