"We stayed in the Moc Bungalow with plenty of space, wonderful views and buggy rides whenever needed. Breakfast buffet was awesome; the choices were plenty, fresh and delicious! From check-in to checkout, all the staff were helpful, friendly and informative. We needed to leave early morning and they packed a takeaway picnic with fresh juice and coffee. "Horrible experience at this hotel. Do not recommend. A few things to note about the bad food and poor amenities: - Restaurant staff for dinner was slow and did not come take our order for 10 minutes even though it was basically empty. The drinks took 20 minutes to show up. They were canned beers. Food had no taste. “French onion soup” looked like blended up bland cauliflower. “Hawaiian pizza” came as only red peppers and olives. The salmon was full of bones. - Breakfast was half dinner food,...

"The location was stunning and the views were breathtaking. Our room was out of this world, with huge floor to ceiling windows we were blessed to wake to the beautiful view every day. Staff were loveky, really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much. There were 3 gorgeous residential cats and a beautiful dog at the property. We were so sad to leave and wished our stay had been longer. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed out. "

"This hotel has a fantastic location with a great view over the valley. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a panoramic view. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a restaurant overlooking the valley. The food is absolutely fantastic, the best we could find anywhere in Sapa. The very best Pho in town. One evening, when the restaurant was closed, the staff cooked up a storm for us with the most delicious food. Be highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Sapa. "
