"I booked the bungalow room and it was very cute and clean and peaceful but you don’t have the view of the valley. Transportation between main hotel and bungalow was available all the time. Great buffet breakfast. Gym is ok too weights treadmill, bike. The pool was a little bit cold but clean. The location of the hotel is 10 min away from downtown Sapa and cost 32000dong for bike ride. The hotel offer shuttle but you need to reserve in advance."

Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. They will give you recommendations, greet you as soon as they see you. They always give us juices or tea whenever we are in the lobby waiting for our ride. We will definitely gonna come back to this hotel. There are a lot of other hotels around the town. But the service we received from them is what’s gonna make us to come back. Also, very convenient location with a great view."
